9 Week Paleo/Zone Challenge

Here is the Points System: Max points available in a day is 21, 1 week max points is 167, for a max of 1503 at the end of week 9!

Meals:                                                                            
3 Paleo/Zone                                                                            
2 Zone                                                                            
1 Paleo
0 Paleo with dairy
-2 Cheat Meal (not Paleo or Zone)

Bonus Points:
1 Eat all 5 meals
2 With in 5 hours
-1 more than 5 blocks per meal

More Bonus Points:
1 64+ oz water/day
1 8+ hours of sleep
1 1/2 of your carbs from veggies

Exercise Bonus Points:
20 5 Wods/Workouts per week
10 4 Wods/Workouts per week
0 3 Wods/Workouts per week
-10 Fewer than 3 Wods/Workouts per week

Other Deductions:
-1 Each Alcohol/Beer (max -5 points)
-1 No post workout meal
-1 Fewer than 3g (3000mg) of EPA/DHA (Fish Oil)

Points System:
0-500 = Forfeit Cash 
500-750 = 1/2 money back 
750-1000 = All money back 
1000+ = All Money back plus a t-shirt
